Dropping Bars

You can use pain
To justify a fight
And find out the hard way
Two wrongs
Don’t make a right
But I do what I do
With all of my might
And hope in the end
It will be alright
I’ll start doing good
I’ll do it tonight
And keep moving forward
With all of my might
And I know when I do
It will be out of sight

I’ll find the inspiration
And get the admiration
And find the right words
To carry a nation
And make the world better
Like it’s my vocation
And share all the beauty
I know its location
It’s right in my heart
That needs no explanation
I dig for the treasure
Straight up excavation
Like Indiana Jones
In a lost civilization

Dropping bars like I’m from Mars
Where there’s no cars
Flying high like a plane
And there’s no shame
When I flow you just know
This is no game
Out there on the stage
Trying to make a name
And you know deep down
That you feel the same
Get too close to the fire
And you’ll feel the flame
If I ever gave up
It wouldn’t be the same
I’m only standing here today
‘Cause I can’t be tamed

I can’t be changed
I can’t be nixed
This can’t be fixed
There’s no remix
There’s no retry
It’s just do or die
You can fall or fly
You can fail or win
So let’s just begin
And when it’s over
We’ll run it back again
