1) What is Luminary Madness, Volume 1: True Stories about?

It's a collection of true stories following the author as he leaves an eight-year legal career, joins the Peace Corps in Ghana, relocates to Mexico where he learns Spanish, falls in and out of love, explores ancient ruins, gets arrested, goes broke, builds a business, and has the adventure of a lifetime.

2) Is Luminary Madness fiction or non-fiction?

Non-fiction. Every story in the book actually happened.

3) What formats is Luminary Madness available in?

Paperback, ebook, and hardcover.

5) Is Luminary Madness part of a series?

Yes, this is Volume 1.  The author is currently working on Volume 2.

6) Who illustrated and photographed Luminary Madness?

The author.  All of the photography, illustrations, and collages (more than 150 photos and 8 original collages) are Eddie's work.

The only exception is The Dogs Stayed with Her illustration, which was done by a cartoonist at the fair in Manzanillo, Colima.

7) Who is Eddie Signaigo?

Eddie is an author, artist, attorney and entrepreneur from San Diego. He practiced law for eight years before leaving to pursue writing, art, music, and travel.  He's lived in Mexico since 2020 and speaks fluent Spanish.

8) Why did you leave law to become a writer?

Being an author is my calling.  I was born for it.  I'm meant to be doing this.  It was intended by God.
