Self-Portrait

by | Feb 16, 2019 | Art

This drawing turned out to be a self-portrait.  I didn’t know what I would draw until I started drawing.  The first thing that came out was my name.  Then I made it 3-D and colored it.  Then I wanted to draw a figure or something, and I thought a person meditating would be cool.  Then I decided to put a skull on him to remind me to always be present and never take the future for granted.  The skull isn’t any kind of morbid thing.  It’s just a reminder to be grateful that you’re here.  Be happy right now.

If you are interested in learning to draw, I recommend this class.
