Matador – Los Fabulosos Cadillacs

This is one of my favorite songs to sing in Spanish.  It’s said that it is about a fictional character who died in the name of social justice.  Los Fabulosos Cadillacs are an Argentinian band who’s music tackles themes of political oppression, inequality, and social injustices.  They are freedom fighters. I love musicians who use their art to fight oppression and make a difference in the world.  Many of my favorite songs are protest songs.
