Shadowboxing at SmartFit in Playas de Tijuana

Letting the hands fly at the end of an insane 2.5-hour training session.

I can’t spar anymore after my Lasik surgery, but I am still dangerous anytime, anywhere – even if I just trained for 2.5 hours.

I stay sharp because it’s better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.

(No offense to gardening. I like gardening, too.)

Think I suck?

Share a video of yourself shadowboxing, and we’ll find out.

If anyone thinks I am going to get tired before them – brother, they are in big trouble.
