Saw Red – Sublime
People of my vintage listened to Sublime – specially in Southern California, where I’m from. Sublime was on the radio all the time. Everybody knew the lyrics to What I Got, Santeria, Wrong Way, and April 29, 1992. Those songs were ingrained into 1990s SoCal culture. They were ubiquitous. Those songs take me back to being a kid and make me think of the friends who I hung out with at that time. They also make think of the radio station Rock 102.1, which later became Rock 105.3. Apparently, Rock 105.3 is still around. Shoutout to everyone who remembers Rock 102.1. What a time to be alive.
